Spicy Korean Salad
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ small white onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 heaping teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red chili pepper flakes (Gochugaru)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 bunch red leaf lettuce, sliced into bite size pieces
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing, cover and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
  2. When you're ready to serve, pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
