Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
  • ½ cup oat milk or water
  • 1 small banana (optional)
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric (optional)
  • A few ice cubes (if needed, especially when using fresh fruit)

Instructions
 

  • Load the blender
    Add 1 cup of frozen mango chunks, 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, and (optional) 1 small banana for extra creaminess and natural sweetness.
  • Pour in liquid and add extras
    Add ½ to ¾ cup of oat milk or water, depending on how thick you want your shake.
    Mix in ½ teaspoon grated ginger and/or ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric for an immune-boosting kick. Add a few ice cubes if using fresh mango instead of frozen.

  • Blend until smooth
    Start on low speed, then increase to high for 30–45 seconds until creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Taste and serve
