Equipment

  • Mixing bowl (large)
  • Whisk
  • Spatula
  • 9-inch pie pan (if not using a pre-formed crust)
  • Measuring spoons (optional)
  • Plastic wrap or pie lid (for chilling)

Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 packet Unsweetened Kool-Aid Drink Mix
  • 1 tub Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust

Instructions

  • Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and Kool-Aid powder until the mixture is smooth and vibrantly colored.
  • Fold in Whipped Topping
Using a spatula, gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined. Be careful not to overmix; you want to preserve the fluffy texture.
  • Fill the Crust
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and use the back of a spoon or spatula to smooth the top evenly.

Cooking Tips

  • Stronger Flavor? Add the full packet of Kool-Aid for bold taste, or start with half and adjust to preference.
  • Cleaner Slices: Dip your knife in warm water and wipe clean between cuts.
  • Firm Texture: For an even firmer pie, freeze it for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Make Ahead: This pie tastes even better the next day after the flavors settle.
  • Customize the Crust: Try Oreo or vanilla wafer crusts to complement different Kool-Aid flavors.
